How do I get rid of long Covid. This shit is ruining my life.
>>
That's the best part. You don't.

What have you tried? For me, the most helpful things have been LDN, nicotine, HBOT and exercise.
>>
you can not get unvaccinated retard, enjoy your shit FOREVER

Tannins in walnut bark disable the virus` ability to infect healthy cells. It won't cure coof, but it will inhibit it's ability to reproduce allowing your immune system a chance to catch up.
Make walnut bark tea (1g/1L) with peppermint (makes your nose less clogged through 2 or 3 mechanisms) (or any other mint you like I guess, they're all more or less identical in this regard), ginger or nutmeg (whichever you think goes better with mint) (both contain similar compounds which compliment the mechanisms by which mint de-congests you while also being mildly antibacterial), and honey (sore throat relief); and ibuprofen helps more than acetaminophen.

I’ve tried nicotine patches. A number of detox treatments. That’s about it.

I’m a teacher so it was either I lose my job or take the jab. I love teaching, couldn’t imagine giving that up at the time.
>>76712347
Thank you anon I’ll give that a try.

I notice you're not asking OP if he's gotten his latest booster, either. Does it not do good anymore? We're still in a pandemic, right? Wouldn't reinfection from new covid strains make this worse? Why didn't you ask?
>>76712188
for fun, pretend you don't have long covid. Forget you heard the term. It's a diagnosis without a treatment, so what's even the point of it? Move from your concrete, specific symptoms, to weaknesses that could contribute to them, and try to strengthen what's weak. You don't have a binary sick/not sick value somewhere in your body. You have margins of health and as the margins shrink, bad things happen. You can increase your margins without even fixing the problem and no longer have symptoms by this.

You'll be pleased to know that walnut bark tannins are doing the same thing the shot is supposed to - making the "spike protein" (one of the main mechanisms the virus uses to "reproduce," by injecting rNA into healthy cells to hijack their nucleus to do their bidding) inactive. You'll be drinking that full litre of tea daily, maybe even 2L. Your entire water intake should be almost entirely tea and food while you're sick.

No guarantees, but I'd look at 2025's hottest OTC chemo cocktail; BromAC: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-025-92242-y

Thank you for the info. How long should I keep drinking this tea for? Winter is coming and I’m trying to get my energy back up. I coach my schools ski team in the winter. I honestly hope I’ll be able to get myself together for the season. Don’t want to let the kids down.

It's just a flu bro
>>
There’s no long covid
Nobody who hasn’t taken the vaxx has it, not a single person. So it’s not covid related
>>
long covid isn't a thing
it's just another name for chronic fatigue syndrome
which personally i believe is caused by mitochondrial dysfunction, take slu-pp-432 and gw501516 and bam15

Back in my days it used to be called allostatic overload and I don't fucking know what covid has to do with it. I knew that normies are pathetically weak of mind, but 2 years of artificial scaremongering couldn't have possibly mindbreak you forever.

interesting perspective. seems to mirror the new better way of thinking about injuries.
>>

you could go to a doctor and ask what can be done. I thought paxlovid would help but idk. I have been getting boosters and I don't think it hurt, but I never got LONG covid, just bad bouts of it twice now. I've read a course of paxlovid some people with long covid specifically on NPR. Sleep and all the other health things too. Vitamin C can't hurt--grapefruit always makes me feel much better. I guess I should have it everyday but I don't. Good luck and God bless you, this engineered virus is Hell.

I had severe bedbound longcovid/mecfs for years and I got better by listening to the mind-body nervous system regulation crowd. Your body is not broken anon, your nervous system and Autonomic nervous system are stuck in a state of high stress. There are ways to shift this state, and to rehabilitate back to a truly healthy state that do not involve supplements or meds.
>>
>>76712188
Just stop pretending youre sick all the time.
>>
>>76712188
Just time. I was bed bound for over two years, needing carers to come help me change and go to the bathroom n shit. At the point of recovery now, can even (slowly) progress through a c25k program.

until 1 week after symptoms are gone.
> Winter is coming and I’m trying to get my energy back up.
You can add caffeinated tea to this mixture as well if you need.
> I coach my schools ski team in the winter. I honestly hope I’ll be able to get myself together for the season. Don’t want to let the kids down.
Sleep is the other most important part for recovery, whether you go herbal or benadryl isn't super important as long as you're sleeping 8+ hours.
>>
>>76712188
Stop believing in it. That shit doesn't exist, you bought into the propaganda to make you feel continually weak. It is purely psychosomatic.
>>

>was either I lose my job or take the jab. I love teaching
You obviously mentally enjoy to suffer.

lc ruined my life. still on an insane journey because of it.

it also has been a beautiful journey. and i pray i make it. the horrors have been horrible. but i press on the best i can. sorry op. when you can vo2 max training to reverse mitochondrial damage helped me. but it was hell going through it. godspeed.
>>
>>76712368
By needing a vaccine you are openly admitting that you are genetically inferior and weak.
>>
I was sick with covid for 3 weeks a few years back. After I got better its still came back for a day or so almost every week for the next month.
Very strange disease. No way it isnt a bioweapon.
When I had iy my symptoms would change completely every 4 or 5 days like its was alien inside me trying to find a weakness.
It even felt weird almost alien
>>
>>76713856
paxlovid costs an insane amount so if you're living in a socialized health system they literally wont let you get it unless you're like 75+ and in your first couple of days of being sick
>>
>>76713941
redpill me on this please anon. I've been trying to coach myself out of a neurological disorder for the last year and a half (brought on by getting covid while I was recovering from another severe infection) and it has been hell the whole way
>>
Long covid is just burnout.
You have to slow down and learn to relax and active resting.
Depending on how bad the burnout is it can take years. Mine was real bad and I'm still work-phobic, though I think if I needed to, I could give it another shot.
