Henlo, everynyan. Recently I have started practicing Judo alongside lifting but this usually leaves either too sore for Judo because of lifting or too sore for lifting because of Judo. Does anyone know a training program that would allow me to do both effectively? I practice Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thank you very much.
PPL for Friday/Sat/Sun, just need to hit the parts hard like a brosplitMonday/Wednesday RestTues/Thurs for JudoThis split guarantees your fresh for judo, also eat more food fancy kot
>>76712483the soreness goes away quick, just keep doing what you're doing and eat more
>>76712493Thank you so much for your reply! If you have the time could you write the exercises I should do and how many reps and sets, I don't wanna leave any room to be lazy :b>>76712497Sadly it doesn't but I could definitely eat more, thank you for replying!
>>76712522Probably standard push/pull/legs stuff, just look up any PPL routine you like and run that and alternate training for strength/hypertrophy each week. Also you gotta hit arms extra hard at the end cause it's hard to fit one more day in but it's prob getting a good pump off Judo
>>76712540Thank you very very much for this. I hope that one day I may hug you really tight for this help.
>>76712483Didn't read, I want more photos of this cat on my desk when I come back anon.
>>76712522>Sadly it doesn'tyeah for like a month and then you wont have doms ever again
>>76712483Reduce volume in the gymYour body can only sustain so much muscular fatigue before you're injured or sick and the "eat more" advice only works for noobs who aren't already eating more, it's not infinitely scalable I also have an active lifestyle and couldn't balance gym + other shit until I started doing mostly heavy singles, less muscular fatigue and more nervous system fatigue I'm rarely sore but lifts are still going up and I have the energy I want outside the gym
