>>76714337True in some cases but not in every case. The thing is, you can let yourself go completely go bald resulting in a NW7. After that, you can get a transplant, and smp combo which covers the area that's been aflicted with hairloss. Considering you'd be a NW7, you wouldn't get a lot of density unless you took hair from other places like your beard, chest hair etc. That said, because you would have the smp underneath it, it would actually still look incredibly dense even with a low amount of transplanted hairs. You could then even it out with a trimmer everyday at a 0 guard. That's what I do and I always get compliments on my hairline. Looks perfect in every lighting. Never looks fake. The key is to not go too dark on the SMP (2 very light treatments MAX). I got my transplant done in miami florida at a shitty clinic for 2k and even though a lot of the transplanted hair didn't take to the scalp, it still looked awesome because of the SMP. That said, i had SMP initially and thought it was too dark, and so after the hairtransplant, I did 2 or 3 sessions of lazer tattoo removal and tht sht hurt like a bitch. But it looks perfect now and I didn't lose any transplanted hair. Transplanted hair btw never goes away. It's DHT resistant hair that stays forever.
