Lifting 3 or 4 but I go five days a week for cardio, the sauna or pool
>>
>>76713277
How far do you run each day?
>>

Depends how much of my cardio load I have left after lifting and skateboarding to the gym. Sometimes I need to like 4 or 5 miles. Sometimes only 5 minutes on the stairclimber. One the perks of those tracker watches is not having to guess how it all fits together.

Every time i'm in the market for a fitbit i allow myself to be convinced they are innacurrate. Probably so i dont have to spend money on it. Do you need a subscription for yours? Have you ever tried different devices to test for accuracy/consistency?

Not him, but it's all estimates so you cannot trust anything except gps + step count tracking.

>Indoor feline shitbox
People like you disturb me greatly. You couldnt pay me to live with someone like that.

I just had an ai scan legitimate reviews and then filtered by price. The one I got is cheap "inspire 3" but it works(worked). It doesn't do hrv worth a shit though I don't blame the device I blame the jeetcoding Google threw at it after they bought fitbit. I can guarantee the Google pixel watches don't have these problems. You don't need to a sub. You need to use the fitbit app to access the watch but you can just export all that via health connect to whatever else you want to plug it into. It takes the raw data so you'll differnt stuff like hrv will show up in other programs even if the fitbit app didn't log it because you rolled or got up to go to the bathroom and it invalidated their heuristic so it logged a zero.

Tldr: the devices are usually fine the app they come with is usually shit always export data.

I hate it. I like cats, but If me an my girl move in together she's not having an indoor cat after this one dies. I want to have a farm on day and im afraid i might see my kitties get carried away by a large bird.

I wish i could just use the samsung app in my phone but i hate jogging with my phone.

I think if it's consistent, then you dont need 100% accuracy because you can still judge your progress that way.
>>
>>76713346
If you know exact route you jog you should just look up the map and divide the distance by how long it took and your average stride length, these trackers are just for lazy people.
Also some people have weird gaits that even top end trackers get confused by.

>lso some people have weird gaits that even top end trackers get confused by.
I usually start off with long confident strides and end up shuffling along like an old fat guy.
Recently i gained 20 lbs in 4 months and it made cardio so much fucking rougher.
>>
>>76713368
Just count averages every 100m manually.
>>
>>76713346
Yeah I used to use the Samsung health even with gps disabled it tends to be within +/- 50 kcal per 500 kcal expenditure. It think it gets erroneously high readings with interval training through but anything at a steady pace it's close enough.

I lifted 6-7 days a week for years lifting heavy at volume hitting all the big compounds twice a week getting bigger and stronger the whole time
The key is eating enough, not overdoing protein (max 0.8g/lb of LBM) and doing liss cardio
Being young helps also
>>
>>76713447
Being a NEET faggot with 0 responsibilities in your life also helps.
>>
>>76713455
Nta but when i was doing daily manual labor 8 hours a day minimum i still got in at least 4-5 days a week of lifting and cardio. The trick is to wake up early and lift instead of waiting till after when you are tired.
>>
>>76713462
>least narcissistic manager acting like he was the one doing manual labor
>>
>>76713467
On a job a while back when i was a temp making $13. They fired the the lead and gave me his job. That fucking guy had been making $27 an hour that whole time. Feels good when intelligence and work ethic pays off. Something you probably have not experienced.
>>
>>76713472
Damn bro that's crazy
>>
>>76713483
What's crazy is most people who claim to work hard do so only by their own standards and when i get along side them they seem lazy.

I assume /fit/ dyels who claim they lift hard but cannot make gainz are similar. They think they work hard but they dont and will rationalize in any way possible to keep doing as little as possible.
>>
>>76713491
Damn bro, that's really crazy how you work hard 11 days in a week
>>
>>76713493
A neet wouldnt understand
