post some of that old bullshit advice you used to believe in

>oats is not only a good food but pretty much essential for body building

>squatting and deadlifting triggers some sort of testosterone boosting effect in the nervous system

"Diet and exercise" to lose weight. Misleading because you can't exercise enough to make up for pan pizza and oreos.

>you can't exercise enough to make up for pan pizza and oreos.
yes you can
>>
>>76713438
>yes you can
Not as much as fat people want to eat, contrarian retard.

Fat people eat very little.

>Fat people eat very little.
I noticed that, and their doctor can't figure out why they gain weight.
>>
>>76713484
Idk, maybe they should try eating food?
>>
>nutrition is more important than exercising for building muscle
>>
>do SS because trength training is all you need
>>
>>76713411
Those are true though
>>
>high weight low rep compound lifts will make you fat
>>
>>76713411
>You can get good advice online
>>
>Overtraining doesn't exist
>Compound lifts are all you need for core training
>Biceps curls are useless

You can do subpar exercise and still gain some muscle.
Now do this by not having a proper diet.
>>
>>76713586
Easy

Diet is pretty much only important for cutting. You can even build muscle on an all cheetos diet.

Post footage and body, raw, uncut, 24/7 for 6 months recording.
>>
>>76713438
You could also do nothing instead.
>>
>>76713411
2nd one is true. Compare bodies of people who deadlift vs people who dont
>>
>>76713665
No you can't, when you're hungry, you must eat food. You stop being hungry when you ate food.

Pro tip for sub 80IQ retardnons: my post is a riddle. Dance fool, dance.

TVRTH NVKE right here. Training hard and adding weight to the bar is THE only thing that matters (and being in caloric surplus). There were periods were I was eating 30-40 grams of protein a day, eating mostly pasta and bread and I grew and got stronger just as well as when I was eating 150g of protein. Muh diet is the biggest meme in natty fitness.

You just were so weak that it was enough. The
>150g protein
meme studies are done on peak performers, some of them inevitably roid and lie about it.
>>
>sardines are good for you
>>
>>76713683
Yes they are, not everyone is an NPC who can subsist on chicken breasts and broccoli indefinitely without any variety.
>>
>>76713675
Pretty much yeah, I guess protein matters when you're a pro athlete and need those last few percent of gains, but for normal people, working out is much more important than protein for muscle gains.
>>
>>76713686
Why would you cut indefinitely?
>>
>>76713710
Because NPCs cannot just figure out a good balanced diet, they must overeat slop then eat chicken and rice until they lose the fat.
>>
>>76713581
yeah i remember when people used to parrot
>core training? sweet heart, i squat and deadlift
>>
>>76713710
>Cut my life into pieces, this is my last resort.
