Am i the only one that cant handle the amount of dough that pizza has anymore?I can go months without eating pizza so i love the occasional 2-3 slices of pizza but for the next day my guts are screwed up. I used to work at a pizza place when i was younger and it didnt affect me back then. Bread and dairy dont bother me either.

>>76713554Why not have both? You could always make a pizza without the shitload of unnecessary sugars, carbs, and oils by just making it yourself from scratch instead of ordering one. You can also do cardio every now and then instead of sitting around time. Maybe walk places or do something productive while the dough proofs, i dunno.

>>76714011100g of chicken breast is 31g protein and 165 calories. if we assume the pizza has 60g of protein you can eat an 1100 calorie pizza and 600g of chicken for a total of 246g of protein and only 2090 calories, which is below the tdee of even a pretty small man (who would definitely need less than 250g of protein), leaving plenty of space for calories from other sources like the vegetables you might want to have with your chicken. anyone can eat pizza.realistically the pizza in OPs post i think would be less protein and less calories, but if you chucked some pepperoni on top or something it would likely be closer to the numbers i suggested.
