Because it works on my machine and there's a direct correlation with becoming stronger in basic compound barbell lifts plus weighted chins and how I can apply it irl in a myriad of ways. But you need to actually become stronger in relevant lifts to be able to experience that, so I guess it checks out from your point of view.
I'm not even good at squats, I am a deadlift and pull-up monkey by default but I still do them because it's a very useful lift.
I am 5'11" with a 6'2" wingspan. I don't know why you'd post your forearms as they're a solid 6/10 construction worker or random male off the street that has undergone puberty and occasionally goes to the gym. I don't consider mine great either as I've never trained them directly, I only train row, pull-up and curl variations.

Solid logic here. It would be easier to admit that learning how to squat and DL competently is hard and requires commitment, and that it isn't for everyone. That's a completely fair assessment. The problem arises when you need to invent absurd copes for why the most tried and true lifts for general strength development are not only useless but directly bad.
