you have to learn to come to terms with the feeling of hunger. once you accept that you're not gonna do anything about that feeling, you can recognise it as an admittedly unpleasant sensation, but a mild one nonetheless. if you have decided that theres nothing to be done about the sensation, it makes it easier to ignore and eventually the feeling passes and you forget you even had it. a good tip if you are struggling to ignore the sensation is to focus on something else. i find that if i am doing something that requires little focus like just going on 4chan or watching tv that the sensation is more prominent, but if i do something more involved like playing vidya i forget about it very quickly.

The hunger isn't the problem for me. Its watching all the strength leave my body.

Track your calorie intake

Don’t eat too little

A slow cut holds way more strength and muscle on your body and the end result is a million times better

Trying to speedrunning a cut by starving yourself blindly not tracking anything is a good way to never succeed on a cut and always end up looking worse (because you lose all of your strength and muscle)

Think of cutting more like you’re slowly chipping away at stone to build an aesthetic statue to perfection..… DON’T think of it like you’re trying to empty a bucket of water as fast as possible….

But I am wasting my time here because nobody wants to do it the right way because
>muh it takes too long

Drugs.
Don't feel ashamed or afraid, take some ozempic or whatever is the better version.

ozempic or 2 hours minimum of walking fast almost everyday so you can eat more

Cutting is an eating disorder. Stop depriving yourself and eat fatty meat.

this is bullshit that got memed all over the internet in the 00s and probably earlier as well, all this -500kcal dogma is stupid as fuck (unless you're genuinely fat and completely untrained)
cuts should be brief and intense, otherwise you will be wasting time for no reason - you obviously aren't going to build any muscle on a deficit and mild deficit won't burn through your fat fast enough, so it's a great example of spinning your wheels
long cuts create more occasions for being lenient, you might occasionally give in if the cut takes months, one night out or binge might easily cancel a whole week of mild deficit
best just do a radical cut for 2 months (like psmf) with high protein and moderate training to be done with that as fast as possible, so you have more time to actually build muscle

and to answer your question - you eventually get used to it and the food noise goes quiet and you get satiated with laughable calories if you eat smart
eat things like konjac noodles, vegetables, make sauces with msg + gelatin, homemade jello, whey mousse and so on
