Thanks for the replies anons, however it's not a BMI char I'm looking for. It's based on strength/fitness , forexample if you bench 60kgs as a 80kg man you're in deep red, but it you are closer to 2x bodyweight it should be green or close to.

I've seen it on this forum many years ago but I can't seem to find it online
