I feel like he proves it isn't. He basically just eats grains and veg and is still wildly strong and productive

I think im getting pilled on low protein as well. Granted, im not talking about super low protein, since before being /fit/ i ate like shit, and ate hardly any protein, but after actually judging what I eat these days, im seriously questioning why am I even taking powders.
As for the whole meat vs plant based stuff, I thought he said its more of a macro thing rather than anything else, so it really doesnt matter where you get it, as long as the minimum treshold is met
>>
I am going to become 100+ and i won't be able to do it without meat, be it animal or human or some wildlife.

Well sure, if you’re on T like him you can get to that size with any diet. It’s bad advice for anyone who’s trying to stay natty though.

He's a bald chinlet and his skin is a weird yellow hue and his eyes are carving deep into his skull. Also he has no traps which indicates he cant into any compounds and is full of bloat and water and is a wristlet.
Why would you listen to him ?

He built most of his gains while plant based but his diet, and training has been dialed in for 10+ years. Most people aren't gonna be that consistent for that long.

My understanding is that protein's role is to keep tissues healthy.
More protein won't build more muscle, but there's a minimum amount of protein that every human should eat every day to stay healthy
>>
I did this test on myself like 10+ years ago and I told /fit/ and nobody believed me

I ate 250g protein per day for my first 2 years in the gym,

Reduced it to 200g, no loss of gains

Reduced it to 150g, no loss of gains

Reduced it to 100g, no loss of gains

That said just by eating what I want I get about 100-150g depending on the day

But every now and then I’ll go as low as 80g

But I get all my protein from diary and meat, so actual full amino profiles… I don’t know about this gay plant based fart maxing diet

>he cant into any compounds
he literally benches 4 pl8s

>is X necessary fo-
No, nothing is ever necessary. It's what you feel has the best tradeoffs. You don't need 1g/lb a day unless you're on gear, hell 99% of you niggas will be fine on 100-125gr of protein a day which is stupid easy to hit with a lil bit of meat even on a cut. So if you want to remove most or some meat that's an option.
Regardless stop overcomplicating shit, track your macros, get decent sleep, and lift.

0/10 bait, I don't even like this nigga and he's strong as shit.

>I get all my protein from diary and meat, so actual full amino profiles
All plants have all essential amino acids. The exact amino acid profile may vary, but it's not as crazy as some people seem to think. Just look up some foods on Cronometer.
>fart maxing diet
Most people aren't used to eating a good amount of fiber, so their gut flora isn't able to handle it. You need to ease into it.

roidedtrannyfaggots can get away with anything, yes
