Got brutally humbled. My form is off, I start kipping heavily on my final reps (pull ups). Will probably lower down my reps and focus on the form only.

actually it's not a bad idea to let form break down in order to squeeze out more reps at the end of a set, consider it a mechanical drop set
same with OHP; if you find it too difficult to do a clean rep you can add some leg drive, muscles are still stimulated and you didn't cut the set short
nobody is judging you for a bit of a kip that allows you to crank out more pullups
there isn't some kind of omnipresent pullup judge making sure your reps are all clean for the cosmic pullup contest in the sky
just workout bud, you're overthinking again, stop doing that it's holding you back

This is extremely important. Online coaches are a scam, most of the benefit comes from seeing your sets accurately from multiple angles lmao.
But mostly you can see if your effort truly looks hard enough.
