I asked ChatGPT give me the best possible 3 day a week full body routine for a natural that doesn’t include Back Squat, Flat Bench Press, and Conventional Deadlift.

How well did it do out of 10?

Would you run this routine?

8/10 considering... sumo deadlift is stupid though. Everyone knows rdl mogs all other forms of deadlift

>I don't want to back squat
>"here, do some front squats"
technical kek

always funny when you see ultra dyels (OP) doing front squats with 0.5pl8 in a floating rack

Honestly the Tuesday session on its own done once a week will have you mog 99% of men

What are "lying leg curls"? Do you not have access to a machine?

Swapping sumos for conventional just to avoid conventional is dumb. Do heavy RDLs instead

Skipping flat bench leaves serious upper body gains on the table.

Flat barbell bench press literally does nothing

Your technique sucks. It's a compound exercise if you treat it as such. Chest, triceps, front delts, back delts, traps, lats, core, legs, everything is involved.

Dips involve more muscles so going by that logic dips are superior
