How do i overcome my autistic hermit aversion to socializing so i can join a gym and get /fit/?It really doesn't help that the only gyms in my area are all big commercial ones with about 15 or more people inside at any time of the day.

Im autistic and was a shutin NEET from 2002 to 2013 and I joined a local gymTurns out most lifters are actually on the very fringes if normie, something about the gym attracts all kinds of people who just aren’t happy in life, a real true blue normie has nothing pushing them to lift weights year round, the true blue normies might go gym a couple times a year at best, the people you’ll in the gym year round are borderline autistic or have something else deeply wrong with themNo happy successful normie is going to the gym with dedication, it just doesn’t happen

>>76724080just dress like the unabomber and keep to yourself and you won't have to interact with anyone at all. Other people at the gym don't actually care about you.
