My personal list:>0.75x BW OHP>1.5x BW squat>2x BW deadlift>Muscle up>+10 handstand pushups>+15 pullups>+50 pushups>10km run under 1h
>>76725060No bench?
>>76725361
>>767250601pl8/2pl8/3pl8/4pl8 is a good starting point, though a 90 pound OHP is much easier than a 360 pound deadlift, for example
A 2BW DL and a sub hour 10k is rarely going to be achieved by the same person. Both are good places to be but being in them simultaneously is rarer than someone capable of a sub 35 10k on its own
>>767250601/2/3/4 for singles5 strict pull-ups<25min 5kThese are low standards but most people should be able to hit them within 1-2 years
>>76725060Bare minimum for what, because someone who just started posting here and has never lifted is different from someone who has been posting here for years but doesn't actually lift.
>>76725060My bench is fucked up im doing military press and top rom rows now my arms are fetting huge suck it diet redditors
>>76725060>What is the bare minimum a /fit/izen should be able to do?My 1RMs for every exercises. Anyone who cannot, is a pathetic dyel. Anyone who can do more is probably on gear.
I literally can't do any of these and I've been lifting for 9 monthsthe closest is push ups but my shoulders start dying after 30, if I take a 15 second break I can finish the next 20
>>76725060these don't seem equivalent at all 10 handstand pushups is fookin hard man10k run in an hour is piss easy
>>76726347bare minimum for anons to post their own shitpost threads. Newfags who don't apply to bare minimum are limited to use QTDDTOT, /fat/, /fph/, and other fitness generals
>>767250606 min mile
>>76725455>he doesn’t count the bar
>>76730229I count this bar *unzips*
>>76725060>3 weeks later>my front delts tendons are still inflameddo i really have to take meds?the pain is less but still there.
