There's a couple of tires for flipping as well and 3 times now I nearly flipped the tire with some fuckin kid hiding inside of it.

They also love to presumably try to kill themselves by running in front of me when I'm tire flipping. I'll try to find an isolated corner at the complete opposite end of the park but wheeeeeee they still gravitate towards me and try to play chicken with a tire that weighs like 3 times them.

everyone loves chasing numbers, but if you do bodyweight stuff you get free reps from cutting that bodyweight. in a gym you can get fat and still increase your bench, if you do pullups you're gonna get shredded so you can do more of em

I went to my local city centre calisthenics park in budapest once and literally everyone there looked dyel as fuck to me, I think that the average calisthe ics doer physique is just skinny with a tiny amount of muscle.

This. You cannot do any of that shit if youre a fatty. And fatties are NEVER aesthetic. So all the hard-ons showing off there are decently strong PLUS super lean.

Best thing for a normie to do is get super strong on the basic lifts in a gym THEN do a cut and as you get leaner, start doing basic bodyweight shit with pullups and pushups. As you get leaner, you can work on the new skills and uscular control needed to do the calistehntics shit. But if youre a fatty or even just a doughy normie, you cannot and will not be able to do that shit just by starting off with it. If you're not strong enough to do a single explosive, fast pull up, then youre not strong enough/too heavy to get any out of calisthenics traing.
