Anybody tried lowbackability and how did it go? Im skeptical of this broccoli headed zoomer but im ready to eat a bullet over my back pain so im willing to try anything
I have been doing Jefferson Curls with 100 lbs. Stocking the coolers at my gas station job is no longer that strenuous. It's a good idea, imo
>>76729843I've been doing the hyperextensions and hip mobility exercises, seems to be helping a bit
>>76729843i did jefferson curls and while i didn't snap my shit i did tweak it so i won't be doing them againi'm doomed to be a glassback for life but hey, i've never hurt myself doing deads anyway so idc i can't do spinal flexion
>>76729843This is going to be a great pic for dyel general
I have a slant board and standing like that I can barely touch my knees. I don't understand how someone could possibly do this but it seems to be pretty standard so I must be fucked up
>>76730057You let the weight take you down as far as you can go. Obviously start with something light and overtime you'll see improvements in mobility.
>>76729843They all have the same grift. Religious, evangelical, second coming of Christ. It's very off putting.
He's right in the sense that no one really tells you to build your muscles surrounding your spine. That's mainly because roiders build these muscles automatically no matter what they do.We normies need to focus on them for a long time. When you focus on them, you supply the area with bloodflow, which is recovery. You also teach your body that you can move in these angles and lift in these positions.Your body "protects" you from bad angles/positions with pain. I used to have horrible cases of pain when I moved in certain ways, so bad it sent me to the floor. All gone now becausr I've done mobility and lifts.
>>76730001The best way to recover from and build resilience to injury is to keep working the same range of motion you injured but with the intensity reduced to a point you can build back up from. Never bend your back again, if you want, but you'll never escape back pain if you go that route.
>>76729843He's a Scientologist just like kneesovertoesguy. Explains the weird look in the eyes and the raving, nearly-identical positive comment sections.
>>76730136I fucked up my back recently and the pain is from fucked up back, not "pain to protect you from weird angles".
>>76730514Oh, you'll get there once you heal up, don't you worry.
>>76730570Hey there, you might not believe me, but I already healed up, the real issue was pinched nerve in shoulder, I had some double referred pain shit where my shoulder stopped hurting but my neck and back made me feel 80 years old, even causing weakness in legs.
>>76729843Your back is fucked because you did squats and deadlifts. It's over now.

>>76730001you gave up after 1 tweak? lower the weight
>>76730318the two have messages that are so obviously true and immediately useful that it'd be bizarre if the comment section was anything but positive.Scientology would suggest removing tiny aliens from the back or knees.
>>76729843watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SWilGwXEBMfind a back extension machine like the one theredo some body weight exercises with it like he shows offhow's that feel?
