Get permission from a sparring partner. It can actually be hard to find someone willing to hit you or get it. Had to go to a different town to find someone to give me a black eye for a story.

I like skateboarding as short distance commuting. It doesn't feel intense because it's all short bursts and coasting but it gets your hr up there. Especially when you're using something like a longboard and pushing uphill. Faster than walking/running, needs less equipment and is more portable than biking. Just pick up the board and go in and get your groceries or whatever. I wind up getting most of my cardio without even setting out to exercise that day. Just look at fitness tracker boom 150 zone minutes (above resting range is 1 per minute held there the more vigorous hr ranges count as 2)
