How do I get the build, strength and athleticism as a boxer without actually boxing because I don't want to be hit in the face?

Suck it up and don't be a zoomer pussy.

>muh brain damage
You read manga and use imageboards. You already have brain damage.

Just go to boxing classes and dont spar

Boxercise and no-sparring classes. It'll take you longer since there's no competition or fear of getting fucked up in sparring. Just don't expect to actually be able to fight.

you just drill against bags at full effort

Big obliques/abs/serratus/back are good for agility and power. Id train vertical over powerlifting legs most of the time. Ive been working on everything upper body and i mean aesthetic wise what looks good is training for all over but you want to be strongest at chest then delts in terms of what to focus on first over thr months/years as delts grow easy especially if chest is big just dont let em get too small like i did neglecting ohp for a year. Tris/bis help send a punch extra or a short guarded one. Forearms help make it more solid like specific wrist training so theres no give.

For lifting in general i always max out chest before doing other shit since i dont wanna get my shoulder ground to a paste before building bench.

What if the coaches favorite ped using semi pro wants to use you like a punching bag?

Nowadays i can just pop a lil flex give em the idea, id giess theyd still try to gas me out then go hard like a real fight though but im not about to gas myself out playing their game either lol just nail em in the shoulder and move to the outside for the rest of the match.

Youll find sprints are good for catching your breath and high bpm cardio is for having a bigger gas tank.

You can just train that like every other day for maybe 6mo and not have to do much to maintain it, cardio kills gains because of cns fatigue same with legs so keep that in mind over the months. Maybe just do a few sets every day ofc rest but soacing out intense exercise saves you cns fatigue over weeks. If you lose sleep, stop making gains as fast, feel groggy or weak(not to be confused with muscular fatigue, being deep into muscular fatigue is usually how to get strong asap) then youre gonna want to basically just do some <50% 1rm work and recovery work. Its easy to fuck up your gains working so much with martial arts and lifting let alone a job or school, you also gotta be bulking or cutting maingaining is gay and i would probably do mostly the opposite of what any martial arts coach is doing for lifting or at least incorporate it if its good fighters usually are nowhere near as strong as they should be since they think their power is from lifting but its technique.

Running, mitts, heavy bag. In other words - fitness boxing or manager boxing. It was popular some decades ago, you know?

As you can see ITT, Amerimutts are just obsessed with sparring-induced CTE since the 1990s for some reason, some fear it, some want it, but just ignore them. Don't go into sparring and nothing really bad will happen to you.

Move out of the US, other countries don't have the meatgrinder approach to sports and exercise. CG Jung wrote a bit about the AAmerican psyche in regards to this, iirc. According to him, it literally has to do with the copious amounts of race mixing the Americans did and do, in this case, with Indians (feather) and their pain and conditioning fetish.

Also, look up how actual boxers train. It's nothing like the backyard gyms /fit/ propagates, most don't even do that much hard sparring or even hard sparring at all.

Depends on the gym. Sparring is crucial if you're still beginning to instill a sense of fight IQ under stress. Pro boxers dont spar much because they already have the IQ and sparring hard would just be diminishing returns.
Also you dont see pro boxers spar because camera are forbidden, as to not show your game plan and style to your opponents.

He'll never put you against him, low to mid level coaches are either super abusive to their protégés or worship the ground they step on
He'll be too scared from you injuring him or too prideful to let you face him

If you get good at boxing you won't get hit in the face.
>>
>uhh boxing gives you le brain damage, you will never be able to formulate a coherent sentence after 1 sparring session trust me
>spends half their waking hours watching anime, jerking off and scrolling 4chan

Every contact sport gives you 'brain damage'. No sparring = no knowledge on how to apply anything you've learned.
