my time to shine, i have asked this myself roughly 1 year ago and did some n=1 testing with great results, at least for me.
it basically boils down to things with citrullin and/or polyphenols and/or other antioxidants

biggest difference: extra virgin olive oil with high polyphenol content (check this yourself, there are insane amount of differences)
green tea with high polyphenol content (matcha, gokuro, jeoncha [this is korean tho])
berries, beetroot
spinach (a ton of it)
pumpkin/cantaloupes
dark chocolate

personally i loved coffee but it didnt quite hit the mark due to the constrictive nature of coffeine, at least for me. Luckily i acquired a taste for green/white tea nowadays

i forgot to mention my every morning:
quark + linseed + chia seed
insane amount of antioxidants

I've heard watermelon helps you stay hydrated, and also may improve circulation.
So basically you want to do anything that can improve your hydration, and improve circulation
L-Citrulline is a supplement I use that helps circulation. It's a nitric oxide booster, which means it'll expand your blood vessels and help your blood pump better. This means better erections.
Some people use it as a preworkout supplement since it improves bloodflow to the muscles, but it's also pretty popular as ED treatment for the same reason, because it just improves bloodflow everywhere, including to the dick.

I thought fruits in general would do the same. I've been eating apples and bananas every day but it doesn't really do shit for my ED.

It means you are low citrulline.
Google the Arginine Paradox.
>eating extra arginine or supplementing it does not raise arginine in all case studies
>eating citrulline or supplementing citrulline activates a mechanism that shouldn't raise arginine, but does
>we have no evidence that such mechanism exist, it is only theoretical in all cases
>however the evidence doesn't lie
Watermelon is one of the largest sources of citrulline on the planet. gourds like pumpkin are also quite large in source which is why pumpkin is used as a fertility food (it also has a lot for production of semen).
Men who supplement pumpkin daily have better sperm and performance 3 months later.
Excessive supplementation did not increase benefits.

>tldr
>low citrulline potentially
you do not eat enough gourds.

fucking pumpkin shills in /fit/, just in time for Halloween like clockwork
You have me buying pumpkin this time, but I'd better see a massive improvement to my eating disorder.

I eat pumpkin all year. So IDK your issue brother.
Also
While some /fit/izens do things like add daily broccoli to their meal prep.
Gourd ingestion is at an all time low world wide.
Cucumber, watermelon, pumpkin, squash, etc are all gourds dude.
Most meal preps I know don't usually have a lot of these in their meal routine.

I say this, because living farm life gourds were almost a daily ingestion in some form, while broccoli, spinach, and the like were the ones that only had a window of about two months yearly for eating.

The only other major source of citrulline is trace amounts in vegetables/dairy and depending on the animal. liver does have citrulline, but it isn't reliable as it can have too much or too little.
it really just depends on the literal animal.
one chicken might have had a much better life and diet so to speak. another might just be the bare minimum for its life functions.

Gourds are the only reliable source of citrulline naturally.

Oysters, beef, eggs, honey

i mean you can fry pumpkin, pumpkin stews, cook it as a gourd (like usual cucumber, etc), uh I mean I really like it in soups personally.

also lots of baking, etc.
really easy to bake with and make it last for a few months if you preserve it right.

Eat your fucking vegetables nigga you're nutrient starved
>>
>>76732875
I always eat my chicken, broccoli, and rice. Is that still not enough?
>>
>>76733621
read the fucking thread.
broccoli doesn't have any citrulline compared to gourds. I hate what liberal science has done to my boys like you.
Little brother.
Humanity has survived off gourds, it's the oldest fruit we know and should be a part of your food ratio. As its composition is infinitely different compared to green vegetables.
It would be like comparing tree nuts to spinach.

Watermelon has citruline in it naturally. I can't attest to how well citruline works over arginine because every time I've tried it I got a fake supplement, or it just doesn't work. Rice has arginine, and I can attest to arginine working to increase blood flow, assuming you buy it from a real supplement brand.

rice has arginine, but it means you were deficient in arginine already if it helped you.
