Maybe try bulking to the moon and lifting way too often(i dont do insanity sessions), and instead of cutting/resting after every productive session do your legs/abs/etc then rest/maintain. I also do 1-2x/wk high intensity powerlifting for at least 3 sets even if im trying to put size on. Also try dropping less weight in dropsets i usually like 4-6rm and the low rest means youre basically on rep 5-10 for sarcoplasmic muscle growth.If you lift heavy and look small lmk what youre doing because i seem like my genetic max is only gonna barely be 2x my current lifts which sucks major penis.

This doesn't change the fact the only way to get bigger naturally is to get stronger.No I am not a powerlifter fat fuck, I am some guy whose been lifting weights for 20+ years naturally and the only time my body gains muscle is when my lifts improved via strength going upI can literally tell you I have gone 5+ years without gaining a single gram of muscle, and why? my lifts didn't improve at all during those 5+ years, and then I would actually try and force progression on a lift, and I would get stronger on that lift, and the muscles that are used on that lift suddenly grow again after 5+ years of not growing.If you dont believe me, test this with an isolation exercise. Keep your Side-Laterals the same for 5 years, you will not see any growth in ur medial deltoids, now after 5 years, start FORCING progression really hard on the lift, and increase the weight of your Side-Laterals, and you will see you start gaining size on ur medial delts again, and a few weeks of getting stronger on the lift will beat 5 years of spamming volume with the same weights

The realistically only viable way to take your 5-10 rep max in to your 20 rep max is by progressively overloading WEIGHT at 5-10 rep range.An example: I was stuck at 6-8 pull-ups with bodyweight for years, until I started doing weighted pull-ups, and I progressively overloaded to a 40kg+ pullup for 6-8 reps, and guess what happen? Suddenly I was able to do 20+ pull-ups with my bodyweight. I was NEVER going to achieve a 20+ rep pullup set at bodyweight without having overloaded the lift in the 6-8 rep range

Im way over 6ft and have an athletic background which helps and even though only weights for about 3yrs now i would always do some dips and pullups here and there and a few months leading up to getting weights so keep in mind for most people thats more like 4yrs but im also a big drinker so not really.

>>76733591If youre wondering the first 1.5yrs i barely put on mass all strength doing basically 80% bench, i knew i wanted to build that asap and its a good strat for a noob but i was also at significantly worse gains due to shit sleep and lots of liquor(dont get drunk all day on recovery day). Most people do everything 1:1 fuck that chest is gonna take you the longest and muscle maturity+androgen receptors is a huge buff 2ish years in, i gained more size the last 8mo than 2yrs before that along with lifting iq.
