Give me safe & sustainable exercises to build MEATY forearms.I've done my share of heavy pulling, heavy af weighted pullups and so on, but I'm a lanklet ectomorph, so I need a more direct approach, can't just get by doing anything like stocky manlet bros who got lucky and always sabotage these threads with shitty advice.
>>76732313I know you aren't doing real pull-ups. Do chest to bar pull-ups and you'll feel your forearms working.
>>76732313It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline. If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser
>>76732313Reverse double handed krakower jelqs, it’s basically a modified wrist curl mixed with Janosh mitzscheks zero G jelq
>>76732313nothing will work, you just have long and thin bones, the muscle canonly this much
>>76732313>do a flexor exercise>do an extensor exercise>overload progressively>eat food
Go thumbless any time you pull anything
>>76732313Wrist curls and extensions. Hammer or reverse curls for the brachs. You don't need anything else
Do climbing
rice bucket training
I've been having a lot of luck doing a short circuit of 8 strict hammer curls followed by a set of 8 wrist curls. You'll know its all working if you feel like your forearms are about to explode before you hit failure on the wrist curls. Using grip strength trainer at home when you're watching TV helps too.
>>76732426this works
>>76732313does your gym have one of those infinite rope loops?also sand bucket at homealso kettle bellsEat more
>>76732313Best thing is rice bucket training for sure. Grip squeezers are useless.
