> I went from 230 lbs to 140 lbs
> It's been a year since I lost the weight
> I still have to count my calories and do cardio every day to stay at 140 lbs

I am tired. Will I have to count my calories until I die ? How do normal people do ?

Kind of strange that you haven't gotten more acclimated to your new maintenance level. That's just unfortunate genetics.
However it will also get better in about six more years. By that point the fat cells will actually disappear instead of just shrinking (adipocyte hyperplasia). Contrary to a lot of regurgitated info out there, fat cells DO go away, but like I just typed, it takes fucking years and you have to keep lean that entire time.
You can always try surgical/liposuction methods. There's also cryolipolysis. But once the fat cells are actually gone, it'll have a cascading effect on your body. Your body will likely signal that it doesn't need quite as much food and it will also take more calories to gain permanent weight (as it would need to actually make new cells rather than just fill old ones, which takes a lot more calories at first).

I should add it won't magically happen on the 7th anniversary all at once. It's a gradual process of ABOUT seven years total.

Copy the permaskellyfags fren. They
>eat slowly
>only have one actual meal a day
>stop eating the second they feel kinda full
>don't let their life and activities revolve around food
>have some kind of hobby or hobbies that are extremely engaging so they end up hyperfocused on that and can forget to eat
If this doesn't work as intended, then I'd alter it so you bias most of your food to be based around meat, fish, dairy, fruit, and vegetables and you mostly only eat high protein, high fiber, and high volume foods until you get your actual meal for the day. That should keep your weight under control without you needing to work too hard

you could always try bulimia.

Eat whatever you want, just never binge or eat until you're disgustingly full. Stop being retarded.

You are food-retarded. You don't know what to eat and is too dumb to learn, so yes. Meal preps are retard-proof, so do that retard.

You don't have to, but acting like it's something terrible that robs you of your life is so retarded.
Are you bitching about having to do chores around the house daily as well?
Do you have a mental breakdown when you have to wash your dishes after cooking and eating?
Growing up means accepting that you have to do things that are uncomfortable daily and at some point they stop being uncomfortable, they are just things that need to be done.

The unfortunate news is that junk food is a real drug addiction. Its very hard to unlearn an addiction once youve carved out the neural pathways in your brain

I quit alcohol and it took me about a year before I stopped craving alcohol seriously. Even then I still miss alcohol and think about it. Its just not a primal craving that may result in me going to the store and buying alcohol. I just think about it now, yearn for it, rather than have a serious crackhead addiction to act on my urge to get blasted into next tuesday

So If its anything like alcoholism, you will never forget, but the cravings will lessen.

In fact they should have lessened since its been ayear. I suspect you are keeping your addiction furnace firing by eating garbage all the time.
