When it comes to lifting, how important or not important are leverages? For example, I have long legs. I have always felt my long legs make my squat feel like garbage and look like garbage. I still do squat but it never feels good and I almost never feel it in my quads much. However, if I do something like split squats or elevated goblet squats, I feel it way more in my quads. Even front squats I feel more in my quads. Then we have bench press. I like doing bench press but again, my leverage in it is complete garbage apparently. I have long arms. So I am basically a freak with long arms, long legs and a mid sized torso. So what is the truth about leverage? What is the bonus to have shit leverages? Maybe there is a silver lining or something.

You'd be able to deadlift a fuck ton to offset your bench and squat.
Stride length is good for speed, long arms may not generate much force but you can whip things off like throwing shit, straight punches etc. Good for climbing, good for swimming. Wouldn't make a good wrestler most likely.
