Nah bulking to like 20 is good. Really strong in the 20-25% range. Dunno why I just am. Now i'm 15% or so and way weaker. Good idea to bulk to 20%+ and lift really hard for a year and make a good amount of gains.

You can make progress in a week if you go nuts and are actually at a surplus, then just do 1-2 days of bulking after your bmr tanks and get protein synthesis to 100% asap so you gain muscle.

To bulk you just kinda go nuts, fuck strength peaking you can just lower the reps while weaker. Ill usually lift for 6-14 days without resting more than 1 day im soon going back on a hard bulk. I actually got some bigger delts and im down some weight albeit up and down a few days and gaining mass essentially recomping weekly with bulk 1-2days to refeed.

If youre legit weak the extra muscle if its more than just a carbed up pump(should be cutting with high enough carbs to put on strength) is very helpful to make faster progress. Also straight cutting without 1wk refeeds ruins your hormones and is why so many gigafatties have loose skin and 0 muscle gain.

Faster progress(to be measured more bimonthly) just means your training has a higher cieling for results.

Bulking/cutting in its entirety is a meme. So long as your bf% is high enough,15% is good, and you eat enough, then that's all the surplus you need to grow muscle. Bulking just gives the illusion of putting on mass when really you're putting on more fat & water than anything. You're putting on the exact same amount of mass you would maingaining at your lean weight. It just doesn't look/feel as impressive cause you're not going through cycles of different placebo effects.

Don't hard stop a bulk if you're on a roll for prs. Until maybe 18 or 19%. I wouldn't start a bulk above 15 but if tangible gains are happening do not stop the bus.

so many neurotic fucks on here have called me 'fat' when I've never been fat in my life, because they're so personally fixated on their own fatness. 'you bulk? you're a powersharter? you don't have a six pack? you weigh over 200? you're FAT!!!!' just constantly.
