You have to be ok with scamming people or keeping them ignorant.>if you're doing it under the table and somebody gets hurt, you can get fucked big time>if the gym tries to make you pay to work there, it's a scam and the other trainers get commissions for baiting you into it.Do research into what gay ass business model your gym has for trainers.If you are good at your job, you will struggle to actually get workouts in because everyone will try to talk to you.If you're a receptionist + you maybe get to train somebody every so often it's slightly better than working at wal mart or something.If somebody above you does something that puts you or a client at risk, immediately grab the recording if possible and then quit. They will fuck up sooner or later, and they will try to pass the liability on to you.

All of your colleagues are highly motivated to be assholes and to make you fail.I wondered why I had so many bookings not show up, and I eventually caught up with one, and he said that we cancelled on him.
