Explain to me the mechanics of getting fat. I'm a literal certified retard, I don't get it how eating some fruits makes somehow makes me both fat, and also I'm gonna crash since hormones need fat to be able to be produced.
Everyone seems to agree that overeating carbs makes you fat, and also you need to eat fats for the production of hormones in the body. I can't seem to find a balance, everything seems turbo fake and gay if I'm being honest. The only thing everyone agrees is that you need protein, OK, but also some say you need only animal protein, or that everything contains protein and you don't need to count, or you need 39999 grams per day, and nobody seems to agree on anything.

Carbs and fat that you eat can basically all become fat. There's a limit to how much protein that you can use, and people have died eating just lean meat (rabbit starvation).

Eat 0.8g protein/day per pound of your goal weight. If you want to lose weight, don't eat much carbs and fat.
