I highly prefer full body m/w/f but i'm pretty serious about stretching and general mobility, so take your pick

Yeah just basically you can take 1-3 rest days depending on what muscle unless youre doing high freq then you have to do rest days/weekends more intuitively. Ive even done bench 4x/wk but needed a deload 1-2wks way more often to get strength back so i just let strength fade for up to 2-3mo then after the deload im not as strong as id think but the bottom working sets go up(i also have a nasty shoulder injury).

Even one intense leg day steals all the protein from upper body and cns fstigue builds up. If you already did starting strength you can do a half assed leg session every 1-3wks and theyll stay 1pl8 over bench for reps easily and you can do a ton of shoulder/chest etc hypertrophy which is what you wanna be doing alongside a powerlifting program to get best gains asap.
>nuh uh
Your liver only produces so much muscle through protein synthesis. Say youre on a restricted diet of only so much protein, only hitting chest would yield greater gains than full body.

TRVKE, training legs is the biggest gains goblin there is.
