>cheap af
>nutritious af, a legume but btfos even real nuts, no need to activate
>mighty macro profile with respectable micros
>tasty af, can be included in all kinds of flavor profile
>versatile af, can be eaten roasted as a snack, added to shakes and dishes, turned into flour, butter
>defuses militant vegans and bug eaters before they can start their chirping
>filters out so ibois. Imagine getting btfo by a tiny nut - sorry, legume - you were never meant to make it

My only gripe is it's one of the very few foods I have no control with. I'll eat it until it's gone even if that means I have to go outside and run 5 or 6 miles to afford another pb&j. I kind of wish they'd do half jars or like those pastry bag like squeeze bottles just to get it out of the house before it ruins a week of good adherence.

that's a pro, peanut king wants you to improve your self control as well
in my country the top shelf grinded-by-organic-fed-virgin-thighs usually comes in much smaller portions than the supermarket ones but still very good $/kcal
