I started taking creatine again after a break. heard about 10g per day, 2scoops. I drink it. Then eat my regular 3 hour before Muay Thai meal of an omelette, red bell pepper, and some unflavored oatmeal.
go to Muay Thai. Do warmup, start practicing a combo that ends with a teep to the stomach.
Grumble grumble.
Can feel something is wrong.
Leave in the middle of training.
Try to make myself vomit in parking lot. Nothing comes out.
On the way home i am almost shitting myself. My asshole is quivering dude.
I scream. I'm clenching as hard as I can. Get home run inside make it to the bathroom immediately shit out like a gallon of shit water, consistently flushing. The room smells like death. I shit like that for 6 more rounds.
Narrowly avoided violently shitting myself at my martial arts gym. Go back next day pretend nothing happened.

Idk if this is real but I keep hearing that /fit/ memes a lot about creatine. I started at like 1 g/day (replaced coffee with pre workout at measured doses) before moving up to like 5, and now I'm at 8-10 daily. No issues other than feeling a bit more thirsty, which I fix by just drinking more water (duh). Otherwise I like it. Pumps are good. Allegedly gives you just a little more in the oomph department so my workout stimulus is (allegedly) higher.

I do alot of cardio (cycling) and have gotten massive cramps in my legs, literally waking me up in the middle of the night while on creatine. Can't use it anymore.
