>>76736505Just eat high protein. If you're not hungry for a bag of deli meat turkey you've not dieted hard enough.
In all seriousness, try a water-fast.You will notice weight loss if you can do one for 3 days at a time
>>76736505If you have a snacking impulse, savor it, then spit it into a container. No one has a gun to your head, you dont actually have any duty to digest slop.
People will tell you all kinds of strategies and theyll work for a while. Ultimately you just have to let go of your desire for food. If you get thin but always feel like eating youll just go back to being fat again. This is about changing who you are.
Get used to feeling hungry and only eat 2 moderate sized meals or even just 1 every day. Last meal should be no later than 9 pm.
>>76736505Eat whole, single-ingredient foods as much as possible. You should eat like you're looting barrels in Oblivion. Like your meal should be 2 chicken breasts, a fistful of beans, a bunch of veggies, and an apple. Fiber — both in your food and as a supp if you need extra bulk. Eat slowly. I used the "slow eats" app to train my fatass to stop barreling through meals in 5 minutes or less. You can use a timer if it helps. Try one minute of eating, one minute off... or one bite per minute. Massive difference. And just stick with it. When you stop eating processed junk your body's reward system goes nuts, and you will have all kinds of cravings. That's because processed food and sugar are addictive. You're denying your addict brain the reward. Keep at it, let things re-map.
