Hey anons, I'm getting back into lifting after a while. Using the stronglifts app and these are the two workouts it gave me to alternate between. I'm thinking about adding a third workout into the rotation but what do you guys think? Are there any gaping holes in pic related that I should be filling with a third workout or is this pretty well balanced?

Unfortunately the gym at my school doesn't have a hack squat machine so I can't do that one. Do you think the quads aren't worked enough between the front and regular squats and the sumo deadlift?

>sumo deadlift
Entirely useless outside of cheesing higher weights. There's a skinny fat retard doing these sideways with 1pl8 in my gym, he evokes a special kind of disgust.

objectively wrong. do sumos if you prefer them, they develop the posterior chain similarly to conventional deadlifts (deadlifts are shit btw)
