My one meal a day. I drink water with all my meals and I use skim milk for the base of my protein powders. What should I incorporate? Probably more oats and nuts along with some fruit is my guess.

>>76737304Looks like a good meal but don't you need to spread out your protein through the day? like 3 meals for protein muscle synthesis, I know the extra protein from one meal doesnt go to waste but it doesnt all go to muscle building as well, only part of it
