>blast biceps every day for months
>3x12 and then a dropset
>recover in 1 day, and they've doubled in size

You guys did something for a very short period of time and think you found "le secret"

But you will stop doing this type of training because you're the exact kind of person who doesn't train for long and always quits lifting after short bouts of training.

Anyone such as myself, who has trained for 20+ years, I am experienced and understand how your idea is absolutely dog shit for the long-term, because in the long-run, if you train like this, you will develop life-long debilitating tendon and joint pains that will force you to quit lifting.

Training for longevity always beats these retarded training methods that always get you fucked up in the end

the point is that the fear of Overtraining is unfounded, unless you are a world class athlete. there are people on here who think squatting 2 times a week will cause overtraining and ruin their gains

Not all of us are zoomer chuds who only start lifting at 28

Most of us millenials started at like 13-15, so we can be in our early 30's and have been training for 20+ years

It's not entirely unfounded, I once gave myself elbow tendonitis by spamming the same upper body exercises all week long. You should at least do a variety of different exercises for the same muscle group.
