Some of you likely have exact same problem, it's reversible so you should check if you have it.
Because I grew up in a family with worthless parents, I ended up a sedentary NEET who sleeps on his stomach. Decades of neglect and abuse of my core muscles and back left me looking like a pregnant tranny with a big ass no matter how much fat I lose. I already formed strong mind-muscle connection with my pelvic muscles and I am doing stretches and strengthening exercises to fix it, so I forcibly unrotated my pelvis to how should it be, and the man in the mirror looks like bearmoded DYEL who needs to lift more weight and lose a bit more bodyfat%, my self research told me that I can fix this in 1-2 years if I figure out how to sleep on my back and target glutes/abs while stretching my back and hip flexors, sit less, and probably get a standing job.
The transformation is actually unreal when I rotate my pelvis by squeezing glutes and abs, my ass and stomach shrinks by at least 50%, because they aren't that big, they're forcibly protruded, I'm scared to think about how much my organs must be suffering by being pushed against the ribcage and a layer of fat like a balloon when they should sit inside my stomach in the middle.
