How exactly do you fit in
>weightlifting
>cardio
>rest days
into a week? It genuinely seems impossible to exceed at all this
>>
Make the workouts short and intense, there's no need to spend hours doing it.

I am frontloading all my rest days for the next 40 years before I start lifting so I dont have to do them.

-Pushpull x legspush x pulllegs x
-2 compound movements
-A few isolations or accessories.
-~10 minutes of HIIT or ~20 minutes of sport specific cardio with a slight anaerobic component.

It's really not that hard.

By not larping and doing normal PPL 3 times a week. You can fit intense cardio inbetween Push and Pull, this puts you on 8 day cycle where you rest a day then do another workout in rotation.
This is still too much for natty tradies, only roidtrannies and office DYELs can do more than this.
