hey anons, former fatass here. I'm going to start trying to go out again soon but I have HORRENDOUS loose skin so I still have a bit of a belly and man tits. Should I invest in compression shirts? If so any recommendations? This was the most relevant board I could think of because I know there are many former fellow landwhales here

You could try underarmor or nike for something relatively cheap you can pick up at most sports stores.If you are gonna get compression shirts, you might want some aquaphor or aloe vera lotion to deal with the heat rash.Avoid using body tape for too long. Peeling that shit off after a long day is not fun.

These compression shirts come in two forms: unimaginably tight in a way that you can't breathe, or juuuuust loose enough to not be effective at hiding/holding anything at all. If you've got hanging gut skin like me, just get some longer workout shirts. I have two long shirts I cycle between on back/pull days because they have a lot of upward stretching and my gut hangs out on things like lat pulldown, pullups, etc. Just own it. No one cares.
