I’m 178 cm / 5'10", 81 kg / 179 lbs, around 17% body fat.When bulking I needed about 4200 kcal to gain weight. Now I’m cutting on 3300 and losing around 500g (1 lb) per week. I measure everything I eat.Anyone else dealing with something like this?

>>76739267Yeah I work at a warehouse. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio twice a week. I also walk like 2.5 miles daily
