I've seen people gain weight on SSRIs but serotonin is supposed to be an appetite suppressant. What gives?
>>

SSRIs are bad for fitness
Your brain chemistry is tied to your body chemistry
You need full feels for full gains
If you gain on SSRIs it won't be the same % lean mass as off

I regrettably took an SSRI for a while and it made me insatiable, not even ketosis could completely offset it (I just got hungry before bed). I still gained and lost weight according to CICO.
