i dont care for taste or whatever.
if i eat everything just raw, will i get the nutrition from it or not?

Most of them you technically can, probably not rice.
Fruits obviously, veggies too, grains not so much.
Eating raw, untreated meat is a serious food safety concern. Unless you can guarantee it's super fresh don't think about it.

Unprocessed food is not nutritious whatsoever, that's why raw diet is shilled... As a weight loss solution, and why processed food makes you eat 10kkcal and still be hungry

Just bring things to a slight boil or sear
Get the benefits of cooking/hygiene, taste and keep most of the nutrients

Our body has a much easier time breaking down food when cooked. Which means you absorb more nutrients from cooked food than raw, especially protein. Sometimes, a little bit of vitamins and minerals can be destroyed in the process of heating up food, but what is lost is insignificant compared to the overall benefits of eating cooked food.
