My body is similar to pic, but my belly is a bit bigger. I would like to lose some belly fat. It is not too high. Is it good enough to implement a light deficit and moderate 45 min cardio sessions every day? I am not interested in strenght training yet and I do not mind to lose some muscle in the process.

Too ashamed for that. It's mostly pic attached, but slightly fatter.

You might as well lift while you cut if that's your goal. The fat is not just going to come off the belly and you're going to be a skeleton by the time you lose that last bit of fat.

fasting

that's skinnyfat. the solution is lifting and maxing out proteins.
you can theoretically starve yourself to be skin and bones if you can handle not eating.

Yeah you could just diet, eat healthy and do cardio. But have you considered injuring your back while deadlifting?
