I have max.27kg x 2 dumbbells and I do 3x week current session with them:

According to my understanding, I am currently hitttng those muscles:

Shoulders:
>lateral raises
>upright rows
>ohp

Back:
>bent over rows

Chest
>bench press

>Abs
>weighted sit-ups with plates

Arms:
I do arms after upper body compound exercise mentioned above, I think I dont have much energy left to those isolated exercises at the same day:
>seated single overhead for tricep
>concetrations curls for bicep

Legs:
>calf raises
>sumo squats

Neck
>neck curls with one dumbbel on my forehead

I am thinking about removing upright rows. Will I do fine? Also, what should I add into my routine?!

Thanks for your answers!

that webm is ancient and still makes me laugh every time I see it
more back, legs, and arm volume is what I'd do

Do what works dont do what doesn't, you'll be surprised the lengths people will go to convince you that something doesn't work based on the belief that it won't rather than evidence that it already has
