I have max.27kg x 2 dumbbells and I do 3x week current session with them: According to my understanding, I am currently hitttng those muscles:Shoulders:>lateral raises>upright rows>ohpBack:>bent over rowsChest>bench press>Abs>weighted sit-ups with plates Arms:I do arms after upper body compound exercise mentioned above, I think I dont have much energy left to those isolated exercises at the same day:>seated single overhead for tricep>concetrations curls for bicepLegs:>calf raises>sumo squatsNeck>neck curls with one dumbbel on my foreheadI am thinking about removing upright rows. Will I do fine? Also, what should I add into my routine?!Thanks for your answers!

Do what works dont do what doesn't, you'll be surprised the lengths people will go to convince you that something doesn't work based on the belief that it won't rather than evidence that it already has
