Are squats enough for glutes? Or should I do hip thrusts?
>>76740118fags. get out of my rack with you fag lift before a punch your faggoy face
>>76740118yes you need to thrust
>>76740118You can just swap that with the weighted glute bridge and you're good
>>76740118hip thrusts and cable kickbacks. But most men are too insecure to do them because its "for women and fags"
>>76740118>>76740289You need to make sure that your pelvis isn't tilted, squats don't require a good pelvic posture, so it's always good, pelvic tilt can make the exercise near-impossible to do with proper form.I did goblet good mornings to fix mine.
>>76740118>Are squats enough for glutes?Depends on the length of your legs, I have long legs with long femurs (>32% of my height), pretty much everything I do for my legs hits my glutes first and foremost, I actually have to isolate my quads because I don't want any more glutes, I just want bigger quads. But if you have normal sized legs, then yeah, you'll have to add stuff that hits your glutes specifically.
>>76740118>Squats don't train my glutes just my hamstrings, hips, lower back and quads>Leg press gives me a sore ass like someone jammed a big needle in itWhy?
Romanian deadlift mogs and also gives you juicy erectors
>>76741231Also ruins your back, which is great for incels who will never need to thrust anything in front of them.
>>76741253It gives your back that finished rugged look and as a multi joint movement, requires lots of practice and form checks. Sucks that you injured yourself, happened to me too as a youth. Maybe I can give some advice from experience?
Pigeon stretches are underrated for glutes. Especially if you're someone who sits a lot, they help tremendously with glute activation and growth.
I do cable kickbacks because I don't want to hump a bar
>>76740118Walking lunges (with kettle bell in each hand) gave me ass doms the first few times I did themTried them after watching a video of Alan Thrall doing them
There is no way for a man to do these exercises without seeming gay. You want to target your butt specifically?? why??Really, just squat and deadlift, it's plenty.
