Are squats enough for glutes? Or should I do hip thrusts?

fags. get out of my rack with you fag lift before a punch your faggoy face

yes you need to thrust
>>

You can just swap that with the weighted glute bridge and you're good

hip thrusts and cable kickbacks. But most men are too insecure to do them because its "for women and fags"

You need to make sure that your pelvis isn't tilted, squats don't require a good pelvic posture, so it's always good, pelvic tilt can make the exercise near-impossible to do with proper form.
I did goblet good mornings to fix mine.

Depends on the length of your legs, I have long legs with long femurs (>32% of my height), pretty much everything I do for my legs hits my glutes first and foremost, I actually have to isolate my quads because I don't want any more glutes, I just want bigger quads.
But if you have normal sized legs, then yeah, you'll have to add stuff that hits your glutes specifically.

>Squats don't train my glutes just my hamstrings, hips, lower back and quads
>Leg press gives me a sore ass like someone jammed a big needle in it
Why?

Romanian deadlift mogs and also gives you juicy erectors

Also ruins your back, which is great for incels who will never need to thrust anything in front of them.

It gives your back that finished rugged look and as a multi joint movement, requires lots of practice and form checks. Sucks that you injured yourself, happened to me too as a youth. Maybe I can give some advice from experience?

Pigeon stretches are underrated for glutes. Especially if you're someone who sits a lot, they help tremendously with glute activation and growth.
>>
I do cable kickbacks because I don't want to hump a bar

Walking lunges (with kettle bell in each hand) gave me ass doms the first few times I did them
Tried them after watching a video of Alan Thrall doing them
>>
There is no way for a man to do these exercises without seeming gay. You want to target your butt specifically?? why??
Really, just squat and deadlift, it's plenty.
