Exactly what the title says.
I assume at least 2/3/4/5 with a 5-minute mile and 12% bodyfat, so that's what I'm shooting for.

Well I'm at 1.5/2.5/3/4 with a 5:30 mile and 10% body fat, and I still hate myself, so I think that sounds reasonable. I'll let you know if I still hate myself when I get there.
