I've been fucking around in the gym for many years. Crunched some numbers and I've only averaged like 2 workouts a week. I've never really followed a 'program' to completion, I always stop it because I feel too exhausted one day, have doubts about it's efficiency, or whatever else. I'm always cycling between Starting Strength and whatever random shit.My 1 rep maxes are 130kg squat, 90kg bench press, 160kg deadlift. I weight around 95kg at 189cm. Body hasn't changed much, around 25%+ bodyfat, love handles, mantits, etc.I'd actually be able to be stronger. I should probably stop thinking about SS and actually do a 'real' program. Did anyone else have this much of a case of a fuckarounditis and turned it around? Any tips? I'd like to go to a powerlifting meet next year, and maybe even reach a 500kg total, but maybe that's too high of a goal rn for me.
500kg is easyyour squat and deadlift would get you to 400kg very easily
