don't listen to retards, being on a deficit makes you letargic as fuck, your body thinks it needs to save up energy so it makes you feel like shit, this way you don't fidget or do unnecessary things, this includes brain fog.
I'm lean as fuck but I got here by feeling like shit for a while, after that you can simply eat at maintenance and there's no problem anymore, although I'm probably at a very slight caloric surplus because after like 6 o 7 months I need to cut down 2kg give or take.
