>>76743093Man is a creature of habitForce yourself to go and be consistent with alarms or scheduling or whatever helps you and eventually it'll feel like a habit. DONT HAVE "CHEAT DAYS" UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU HAVE A STRONG HABIT. Idk if you should lose weight first or start lifting right now, that's up to you. It's normal that it's hard and to feel retarded or incredibly weak at the start, it is the same for everything in life, just do smalls session and focus on consistency. Go to failure, like exhaust yourself don't lie to yourself about this. It's been 2-3 years since i've started lifting and now I'm just in cruising mode, also now that I like my body and only want to grow slowly I just have bought stuff for a home gym so I can be "lazy" and do sessions at home instead of skip going to the gym entirely. Wanting a better life for yourself requires a shift of mindset, you do not lift for others! In orders of importance these are my reasons for lifting. 1. A sentiment of control over my life ( Put up efforts through willpower, see results, feels good, I am in control )2. Beauty ( Every over month I look at myself and judge my proportions and see what muscle need more emphasis going forward, I like having good proportions )3. Health, less cracking in joints feels good 4. Women
Never miss twiceThe only good thing from that retarded book
>>76743093Go every fucking day you are able to, there's not a whole lot to it. It has to be part of your routine, only skip if you're in pain (not workout soreness), even then think if moving your body will help to lessen it. Get some headphones and slam your favorite music. Think of punching the guy you hate the most.
