Don't forget to stretch your Levator Ani.
It's one of the leading causes of sexual dysfunction in men.
It has almost no symptoms most of the time as most of the nerves are superficial to it and are only primary to other muscle groups. Giving almost no pain or incorrectly felt pain.
The only real way most people diagnose it is through a feeling of tightness around the anus (not the anus, around it) usually incorrectly attributed to hamstring, glute, groin, or even piriformis.
Since it influences the prostrate on half of its dimensions, it is a large cause of dribbling when peeing.
If you ejaculate and feel like your anus is tightening to such a degree it might suck up into itself, that is also a symptom.

Unlike most pelvic floor muscles, you almost never want this one to be tight. It should always be responsive, but should almost always be loose and relaxed.

yes this actually works, but happy baby pose barely stretches it, if you could do full splits maybe you could make it work.
