Here we go; stove's a bit of a mess and I haven't really got a good excuse for it beyond death in the family and Leaf Thanksgiving Leftover Cooking Extravaganza so you'll have to put up with it.
Soup tonight for me and my gf, ~300g spicy pork sausage with herbs, 2 eggs, ~80g radish, ~50g carrot (I only used half of this carrot), 1 cabbage leaf I did not bother to measure, chili oil with peanuts, and 2 pucks of whatever ramen I picked up this month. Not shown: mushroom broth bouillon cube (1/2) and chicken broth bouillon cube (1/2), and seasoning (1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp MSG, 1 tbsp sambar, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp black pepper, 1tsp paprika, 1 tsp dill weed, 2 tsp onions sauce).

Also, I swear that potatoes are another meme with not fitness value. Unless you're a starving Irishman, there are better options than potatoes. Worst case, mix potato flour with greens/cabbage. Personally, I like using beets though. They can be cooked savory and nice like potatoes, and are loads healthier.

I don't have a photo but slow cooked beef chuck with basic spices and mashed potato with peas. I've been eating basically the same food for the last month and it makes me so full I don't need to eat more than some raw cabbage and some milk for dinner. I havent weighed under 88 kg for years until finding this diet. Potatoes are a satiation life hack

Had my typical lunch

8oz 93/7 grass fed ground beef seasoned with my own blend of spices
1/2 cup of cooked rice
1/4 can of kidney beans
2oz of mashed avocado

Pre workout will have 2 kiwi, 100g blackberries, 100g cantaloupe

Dinner, I dunno, maybe shrimp and sweet potato

Then post dinner protein ice cream I make using 2 cups of macadamia nut milk and 2 scoops of whey along with some other stuff for texture. It's about 350 cal with 50g of protein.
