How do you prevent CNS fatigue after working out hard for months? Should I do a really easy deload week once a month or something more? This is a consistent problem for me

This, the problem with reactive deloads is they can take longer than a week it's just completely unknown.

It's why most higher level lifters take the proactive deloads (at set intervals regardless if they feel like they need them)

Higher level lifters also self isolate from others during their hardest weeks because shit like w*men in general and family and friends fatigue CNS as much as lifting to failure.
Deloading is done because of allostatic load, so it's very autistic, you hyperfocus lifting so much that you have to do less of it, while you literally avoid others.
