And mainly treating bulking like bodybuilding in that id rather overwork gaining strength in favor of pure muscle gain since i prefer bulking with rarely any insulin sensitivity defeeds since it takes way longer to get to max muscle gain mode if you constantly have 2 day rests and obviously arent eating as much. Its way easier to get from 70-90% strength than 90-100% so is iust better if you are willing to be seen lifting less weight as a tradeoff to being stronger in a year.
